Straighten Yourself Out with a Keratin Blow-dry.

Do you love to have straight hair but hate the time it adds to your morning routine? The Keratin Blow-dry, also known as a Brazilian Blow-dry, is a game-changer of a treatment which promises smoother, more manageable hair which can last up to six months.

Lets get straight to the point. Keratin is a protein that is part of our bodies and provides the basic building blocks of hair. However, with increasing age and external influences, hair gradually loses keratin. Over time, it becomes weaker, dry, scaly, frizzy and frayed.

The products we use do not contain harmful allergens, sulfates, parabens or formaldehyde. What are they replaced with? The composition contains ethanal, which interestingly is found naturally in ripe fruit as well as in coffee.

Clarifying the situation

Your hair will be strengthened, protected from heat, UV radiation and unpredictable weather as well as salt or chlorinated water.

Keratin will promote deep regeneration which will eliminate frizz and prevent split ends.

The process starts with the hair being washed twice with a clarifying shampoo to remove any oils or products. This will also open the cuticles to help better saturation of the keratin.

The hair is then blasted until it is 100% dry so we can see it in its natural state.

We then apply the treatment throughout the hair, avoiding the roots, and this is left to process for half an hour.

The Results Are In

When the thirty minutes are over and the treatment has worked its magic, we then dry the product into the hair. Then each section of the hair is straightened five times to seal the keratin into the hair.

In the finished result, you can see the smooth finish of the hair and the amazing shine the keratin provides. This is hair that is going to get you noticed. With the right after-care, the treatment can stay in the hair for up to six months.

The hair cannot be washed for three days and a sulphate-free shampoo is recommended for longer lasting results.
