Walking along Risbygate Street, you will pass many restaurants but at 108 Risbygate, the warm glow of Orissa and the complex aroma of spices almost beckon you in. The name Orissa (now formally called Odisha evokes the coastal, eastern Indian state known for its temples, seafood and ancient traditions. The choice of name indicates that this is more than just a "curry house" but a place that references India's diversity and depth.
